Neurokinetic therapy (NKT) is great for identifying the true cause of your pain or other issue. Often, where we feel pain is not the actual site of the issue. This means that issues keep recurring, or we can start ‘chasing pain’ around the body.
NKT is a corrective movement system that identifies dysfunction movement patterns in the brain’s Motor Control Centre. It uses specific muscle testing to identify dysfunctional patterns and then retrain the MCC to correct the dysfunction and remove the compensation patterns that have formed.
Where appropriate, I use NKT to identify the specific issue/s, and then use Bowen Therapy to either release or activate the relevant muscles or fascia.
